Wesley has been with us since 2006 after moving to the Bay Area from Florida. He’s quickly become a key member of our service team. Wes handles client requests and technician routing among many other things. Need a question answered? Call Wes.

Q – How would you explain the Cabrillo slogan, “The people you want in your home” to someone that asks?

The answer is simple. You can have full confidence in anybody we send out to your home. They’re going to do the best job, at a fair price, they’re going to be on time and do quality work. They’re honest and trustworthy. They’re clean and professional. If I didn’t work for the company, I would definitely call Cabrillo for service in my home.

Q – What do you like best about working at Cabrillo?

I love the fast pace of the office. There’s never a dull moment and it keeps things very interesting. I really like the owners, Mike and Jeff. They’re really good people to work for. I really love the camaraderie throughout the company and the commitment to satisfy the clients.

Q – What makes Cabrillo’s customer service so special?

We just did a job that we had a slight problem on. Our technician had given the client his personal cell phone number and they actually called him on a Sunday to let him know there was a new problem. Our technician helped as best he could over the phone and set up a service call for the earliest possible time. Now what regular plumber is going to give out his personal phone number, let alone answer it on a Sunday? That’s the kind of commitment our guys have to taking care of our clients. We do that kind of thing a lot. People depend on us. We know we have to be there for them.
