Drain Cleaning Supervisor

Rob is a self-proclaimed country boy from Northern California. While he may not have grown up in the Bay Area, he’s certainly fitting in quite well. He has an extensive background in general construction and even found the time to acquire a business degree before coming to Cabrillo in 2010. He now heads up our Sewer and Drain Division.

Q – How would you explain the Cabrillo slogan, “The people you want in your home” to someone that asks?

Everybody has their “go to” guy – someone they have a relationship with whom they can trust for service on different things, whether it’s an accountant, an auto mechanic or whatever. At Cabrillo, our customers often request specific technicians because they consider them their “go to” guy for plumbing and heating. We are literally the people they want in their home!

Q – What do you like best about working at Cabrillo?

The communication within the company is exceptional and allows us to operate much more efficiently. There’s a real personal connection with everyone in the company. It makes my job so much easier and enables each of us to do a better job. I also like that the work is always changing – there’s always a new challenge so I’m always learning and staying on the cutting edge of the industry.

Q – What makes Cabrillo’s customer service so special?

The thing about our customer service is that if there’s an issue, it’s taken care of. No excuses, no negotiation, no hassle, no strings attached. we know it’s important to solve problems right away – and more importantly, it’s the right thing to  do. We don’t have to get 10 different people involved and that really makes a difference to our clients.
