Plumbing Technician

Dan has been working in the plumbing field for over 15 years. He came to the Bay Area from upstate New York in 1990. Like most people in the trades, he found the moderate local weather much more to his liking and decided to stick around. We’re glad he did because it’s not easy to find someone with Dan’s experience who can fit in with Cabrillo’s high level of service and professionalism

Q – How would you explain the Cabrillo slogan, “The people you want in your home” to someone that asks?

The main thing is that we want customers to know that they’re going to be comfortable with anyone we send to their home. You won’t have any second thoughts once our technician rings your bell. We strive to be sincere, clean, professional, excellent craftsmen. I can’t imagine any company that has a better group of people in the field.

Q – What do you like best about working at Cabrillo?

The biggest thing to me is that it’s such a tightly run shop. I could see how different Cabrillo was from the minute I walked in for my first interview. Everything is really clean and the office and warehouse are very well organized. That’s not something you see at every plumbing company! There’s nothing extravagant about our place but it’s very classy and professional. It’s the type of place anyone would want to work at.

Q – What makes Cabrillo’s customer service so special?

The level of service is the same for everyone. It’s not something we turn on when we have to impress someone. Everybody is giving 100% everyday to make sure our clients are happy at all times.
