Candice has been with Cabrillo for over 6 years. She’s really of a jack-of-all-trades around the office. Bookkeeping and marketing are two of her prime responsibilities but she does so much more. Look for her daughter in the Cabrillo kindergarten TV commercial!

Q – How would you explain the Cabrillo slogan, “The people you want in your home” to someone that asks?

It’s a professional level of service from start to finish. We do things the right way. We don’t take shortcuts. We follow through and have very high standards. It’s completely unlike the stereotypical plumber who shows up with dirty boots and leaves fingerprints everywhere. Our guys respect your home and treat you right.

Q – What do you like best about working at Cabrillo?

The people. That’s the number one thing. Everyone gets along so well here. We have a really great time trying to be the best. It can be crazy but it’s a “fun” crazy!

Q – What makes Cabrillo’s customer service so special?

We never stop trying to make things perfect. We have a situation now where a client just isn’t happy with some of the work we’ve done. As far as we can tell, it’s working fine, but if she’s not satisfied, neither are we. We’ll reinstall it if that’s what it takes to make her happy.
