Today was a lucky day for us - Dennis Gilchrist from your plumbing department came to our rescue. My sister and I were visiting my mother who mentioned that her dishwasher wasn't draining properly. My sister called to your company and thankfully you agreed to come today. My mother is 84 years old and we appreciate your quick response to her needs. |

Dennis arrived on time to my mother's house. He greeted us with a smile and a genuine concern for making sure that he took care of the issue. He clearly explained your pricing structure before beginning the work. At the completion of his work, we told Dennis how much we appreciated his pleasant attitude and his effort to make sure we understood the issue that caused the problem with the dishwasher. I filled out a comment card, but I did it so quickly, I felt that a follow up letter was in order. |

Dennis was at my mother's house for a brief time, but during that time he sold us on your company. When we said my mother was a little hard of hearing, he spoke up to accommodate her needs. When he stepped outside to show us where the gas shut off valve was, he took time to make sure she was safely navigating the steps outside. While those gestures may seem small, they speak volumes about his character. |

Dennis was unhurried when answering our questions. When we said what a good job he did, he smiled and said, "I love my job." WOW. How often do you hear someone say that? In a changing world that seems to value speed instead of quality, it was refreshing to have such an excellent experience today. Please pass along our thanks to Dennis. We wish to advise you of our excellent treatment by your entire staff. This includes your answering service, David the dispatcher, and the "Original Phil" (not the actor in your TV ad!). But we really want to thank you for sending us Chad Harper! He was super throughout this affair. He kept us apprised, talked to us in layman's terms, and worked fast and professionally. No one felt worse than he when he couldn't solve the problem. But did he leave the job unfinished? No. He called you and you, and he, and the city solved the problem. And Chad stayed late both nights to dig and oversee the city people as they completed the repairs. |

And one more incident - the kitchen sink line was plugged. We called Chad on SUNDAY (he foolishly gave us his cell # and he foolishly answered it on Sunday!). He then called the office and set up the appointment for Monday. As it turned out, this blockage was unrelated to the mainline blockage. He cleared it, replaced a couple of rusted pieces, cleaned up everything and left. He was as terrific as he was earlier.
